Chris - is going for a coffee with his 2 producers
Dave - has had to rush off to appear on a live TV show at midday today
Dom - is doing the OddBox today and then having a sleep
Freya - is going for coffee with Chris then is doing some training and catching up with a mate
Matt - is compiling the Golden Hour, going to yoga, going to a meeting this afternoon and then catching up on some new music tonight
Aled - is having some record company appointments and then going to the gym
Tina - is off to see 50% of a tennis match with Roger Federer today

Dom - will be writing BBC's Newsbeat Odd Box today as he normally records it on a Wednesday, but tomorrow he is going to Manchester. Then tonight he'll be packing for BBC Children In Need Rocks Manchester
Tina - will be sending emails, packing her bag for BBC Children In Need Rocks Manchester and then her friend is staying over tonight
Freya - will be eating chocolate and nut muffins all morning, sleeping and then going to a spin class later

We're getting festive today
Chris - is going to a screening of Arthur Christmas with his friend Matt Fincham (aka Arthur) and then this afternoon he's working on scripts; as he's so busy over the next week, he's going to start packing his bag for Manchester now ahead of Children In Need Rocks
Dave - is also going to the screening of Arthur Christmas, then he's doing the school run and then he's going swimming with his daughter Nicole
Dom - unfortunately won't be able to go the screening as he has to go to an important news meeting
Tina - is going to dry her hair after recovering from being gunged this morning, then she's going to the screening
