Lil' Kim to Serve as Judge on "America's Next Rapper"
Our fave fem-cee and Nicki Minaj nemesis Lil' Kim will join a judging panel for a new reality talent competition series called America's Next Top Rapper. She'll be on the panel alongside producer Rockwilder and director Little X. The competition debuts this winter. Wanna be rappers need to pay $200
