Chris - has a fairly relaxing day today after his very busy schedule recently - he'll probably fill it with shopping, food shopping and writing some 'Yorkshire is...', 'West Ealing is...' parodies
Dave - has a relaxing afternoon with Nicole
Dom - is writing and presenting the Oddbox today
Tina - is off to Silverstone with Vernon Kay to interview Lewis Hamilton and do some other exciting bits, all of which you'll hear tomorrow on the show
Freya - will also be going to Silverstone
Aled - has record company appointments, then he's meeting one of the big bosses of Radio 1 and then he's going to the gym
Matt - is getting ready for his weekend away with 8 of his friends on a barge in the Midlands
